Abstract: Spectra of coincident light particles from the reaction $^{58}$Ni($_{\alpha,c_{1}c_{2}}$)with c$_{i}$=p,d,$\alpha$ at an incident energy of 120 MeV were measured for smallrelativ angles. The smallest relative angle was $\theta_{rel}$ = 2.7° and thescattering angle $\theta_{rel}$ = 60°. A dedicated detector setup was used.labIn the Dalitz-Plots of particle combinations as p-$\alpha$, d-$\alpha$ and $\alpha$-$\alpha$resonante states are visible. The p-p final state interaction was observed. The single particle inclusive spectra for protons and deuterons showexponential slopes. This is an indication of emission from full statisticalequilibrium of the composite nuclear system at low energy, and frompre-equilibrium states at higher energy. Two particle corrrelation functions between light ejectils, as p, d andalpha, were extracted from the experimental data. It was found that theemission of correlated protons is from the pre-compound phase and not fromthe ($^{58}$Ni+$\alpha$) - compound system. The analysis of this reaction shows thatthe p-p correlation appears to be an incoherent, the proton-alphacorrelation a coherent emission. The p-p correlation function can be described in Koonin's model of finalstate interactions. The analysis in the framework of this model shows thatthe emission of both protons occurs from a source with spatial and temporaldependences. The space extension of the emitting region was found to ber$_{0}$=3 fm and the parameter describing the time evolution of this region, i.e.the product of the velocity like model paramater V' and the lifetime of thisregion $\tau$, was found to be V'$\tau$ = 5.5 fm.
